At Perfect Mortgage, we work as a team to serve the needs of our client: homeowners in need of a better mortgage. Our job is to fit the best possible mortgage product to the credit situation of our client. This can be a stressful transaction - after all, this is the largest financial transaction most people will ever encounter in their lives.

Every Perfect Mortgage team member is responsible for providing the highest standards of professional service to our clients. Our standards are courtesy, honesty and efficiency in every transaction we encounter. A good rule of thumb for staff conduct is to treat both clients and co-workers as if they were valued family members.

The History of Perfect Mortgage
Perfect Mortgage was launched in February 2002, but our company began as Midwest Mortgage Group in May of 1995. The company was founded by Joe and Nicola Bergin.

From the earliest days, our corporate culture was clear: we work harder, go the extra mile and invest ourselves personally in securing the very best mortgage product for our clients. One of Joe and Nicola's very first clients came to them already in foreclosure, having been turned down already by 15 other firms. Yes, fifteen rejected applications! After seven months of hard work, they secured a mortgage at 12.5% for the client. Two years later, they helped the client refinance at 8.5%, rewarding his improved credit standing. To this day, we continue to work with this client, his family and friends. "There is an incredible feeling of satisfaction when you are able to truly help a borrower in need," says founder and CEO Joe Bergin. "We can make a profound difference in the lives of our clients. It's our privilege to be invited into their financial lives, and it's our duty to give our best effort every day with every client."
